RSVP: You can RSVP online by submitting the online form below or by printing out this and returning it to school.
DEADLINE: Registration closes at midnight on September 16th. 

PAYMENT: You can pay the $50 fortnightly fee online by clicking on the "Pay Now" button or by sending a check made out to "Pleasantdale PTO" in an envelope marked '8th Grade Fortnightly' to the school office.

If you are having trouble making payment through the "Pay Now" link, you can send payment

through your PayPal account to "PleasantdalePTO@gmail.com".
